Singaraja, 20 October 2023 – The 2023 Student Creativity Event was successfully held. This activity is a form of commemoration of FBS Undiksha’s birthday. This annual activity is held with enthusiasm to increase the sense of togetherness and harmony in the academic community. The theme raised in this AKM is “Janardana Sahityaning Kahuripan.”
Chairman of the AKM 2023 Committee, I Made Kusuma Yudha, led more than 250 students who were involved in a series of diverse activities. The event was opened by the Dean of FBS Undiksha, whom the FBS Undiksha Student Advisor, Gede Mahendrayana, S.Pd., M.Pd represented. In his speech, Gede Mahendrayana appreciated BEM’s hard work in successfully organizing this AKM. He also emphasized students being able to improve their soft skills and creativity, both in the academic and artistic fields. The AKM theme reflects attention and concern for nature, flora, and fauna.
One concrete application of this concern is the use of recycled materials for stage construction, showing FBS Undiksha’s commitment to a more sustainable environment. Apart from that, at the peak of the activity, on October 28, 2023, there will be a fragmentary from students highlighting the theme in question.
Apart from a series of academic and artistic events, at the opening of AKM 2023, the coronation of the men and women of FBS Undiksha in 2023 was also held. This moment was greeted enthusiastically by all the participants and invitees who attended, starting from Coordinating Study Programs within FBS Undiksha, Jegeg Bagus Buleleng, Putra Putri Kampus within the Ganesha University of Education, and all the committees and students involved.
The opening of AKM 2023 is an event that proves that creativity and environmental concern can come together in a meaningful celebration. The theme “Janardana Sahityaning Kahuripan” is a reminder of the importance of protecting nature.
