Pull through. Kadek Eva Passed the Diktiristek Post-Doctoral Selection

Undiksha Faculty of Languages ??and Arts (FBS) lecturer was selected as one of them awarded the program Post Doctoral in 2022 which will be organized by the Directorate of Resources of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology. Dr. Kadek Eva Krishna Adnyani, S.S., M.Sc. is one of 20 young doctors from various universities, both state and private, who are taking part in the ProgramPost Doctoral abroad, namely in universities or research institutions, in the business and industrial world (DUDI), as well as in other international agencies/institutions.

Dr. Eva is an alumna of a Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese Literature from Gadjah Mada University, a Master’s Degree in Japanese Regional Studies from the University of Indonesia, and a Master’s Degree in Linguistics from Udayana University. Some of the awards he has received include Outstanding Student in Japanese Literature at UGM and Best Graduate at the Postgraduate Faculty of the University of Indonesia. He also received a three-month language Training and Research Fellowship in Kansai, Japan in 2010.

Program Post Doctoral which he will participate in will be held at Kanto Gakuin University, Yokohama, Japan. The program will be implemented for 3 months, from early September to late November 2022. The Research Supervisor for this program is Professor Momoko Nakamura. Prof. Nakamura is an accomplished expert on language and gender Yamakawa Kikue Award (award for distinguished research in the field of women’s studies) in 2007.

Dr. Eva, who currently serves as Secretary of the Undiksha International Cooperation Center, started preparations for joining the program 1 year ago. The preparations he made were communicating with prospective supervisors, drafting essays, proposals, and articles, and completing various documents such as recommendations from superiors. Apart from that, interview preparation is also carried out. FYI, the program selection post-doctoral Dikti, which opens every year in April, consists of two stages, namely administrative and academic substance selection and interview selection in English.

The achievements achieved by Dr. Eva certainly add to FBS Undiksha’s achievements in the national and international arena. Dr. Eva hopes that other lecturers who have doctorates will also register for the lecturer competency development programs offered by Diktiristek – FBS Medkom Team.
