Singaraja- The Tri Hita Karana philosophy is the basis for realizing Undiksha’s vision, to become a superior university in Asia by 2045. This philosophy is the focus of the Faculty of Languages ??and Arts (FBS) to be implemented well by the academic community. One of them was demonstrated through the tirta yatra activity at Campuhan Windu Segara Temple, Denpasar, on Sunday (24/10/2021).

This activity was led by the Dean of the FBS Faculty, accompanied by representatives, and attended by educational staff. What was done was not only ransom and praying but also listening to the dharma discourse from the temple administrator, Supreme Master Aiteria Narayana. He shared about his journey to become a spiritual believer and the construction of the temple. Apart from that, FBS also handed over cleaning tools.

Dean of FBS, Prof. Dr. I Made Sutama, M.Pd., said that Tri Hita Karana must be implemented by the entire academic community in the Faculty in order to build harmony which will then be able to improve the quality of performance. “As for Tri Hita Karana, in this activity, actually all three were hit. One, we perform devotional worship it’s the same. Human relationship with God and all its manifestations. Second, there is an element of togetherness. In other words, we encourage each other to carry out sacred activities. So harmonious relationships with fellow humans are fostered. And finally, there was a delivery of assistance in the form of cleaning equipment. We consider it part of the realization of creating harmony with the environment. So it’s like that,” he explained.

In particular, he conveyed that tirta yatra is also a medium for strengthening spiritual intelligence, namely intelligence that can view every situation with a broader and wiser view. Apart from that, he can think positively, simplify problems, and most importantly always present God in every activity. With increased spirituality, there is an increase in work enthusiasm based on a sense of devotion. “Spiritual will equalize our waves, so that our movements are in rhythm to advance Undiksha. “Well, one way is to get closer to holy power through tirta yatra,” he added.

Meanwhile, the Administrator of Campuhan Windu Segara Temple, Supreme Guru Aiteria Narayana, expressed his appreciation for the attention of the FBS community. He explained that currently, several parts of the temple are still under construction. He hopes that the spirit of cooperation among the people can continue to grow. Apart from the tirta yatra, previously a workshop was also held for educational staff regarding support for realizing Undiksha as an International Reputable University in Education and Leadership (IRUEL).
