The Tri Hita Karana philosophy is the basis for realizing Undiksha’s vision of becoming a superior university in Asia in 2045. This philosophy is a concern for the Undiksha Faculty of Languages ??and Arts to be implemented well by the Undiksha FBS family. One example was demonstrated by the Tirta Yatra activity to Pura Dalem Pengembak which took place in Sanur Village, Denpasar, on 12 August 2022. Under the direction of the Faculty leadership, through the TU FBS Coordinator, this tirta yatra activity ran smoothly. This activity was attended by all FBS Undiksha educational staff. This activity was carried out starting from cleaning events around the temple, Penglukatan, to listening to the dharma discourse from Jero Mangku Made Ranten. He conveyed the history of Pura Dalem Pengembak and gave motivation to all students to continue implementing Tri Hita Karana anywhere, not only at the temple but also at home, on campus, and in other environments.

Apart from that, the Faculty of Languages ??and Arts also handed over environmental cleaning equipment. TU FBS Coordinator Nyoman Doddy Widyastana, S.T, M.M. who is also the chairman of the committee for this activity, said that Tri Hita Karana must be implemented by the entire academic community in the Faculty to build and improve performance. In particular, he said that this activity was important to carry out in supporting the hard and soft skills of educational staff in supporting the achievement of the objectives of the Faculty. which will also directly impact the achievement of the goals of the institution.

Meanwhile, the Principal of Pura Dalem Pengembak expressed his appreciation for the attention of the FBS Undiksha extended family. He hopes that activities like this will not stop here, and hopefully in the future activities like this will continue. Jero Ranten also invited all parties, not only from FBS Undiksha, to participate in “ngayah”, but also all parties from other campuses and the wider community. Without support from the community, the existence of this temple would be nothing, he added.

Apart from Tirta Yatra, the Language and Arts Faculty will also take part in the Tri Hita Karana Implementation Workshop for Strengthening Hard and Soft Skills which will take place at the Harris Kuta-Bali Hotel. (hms)
