Singaraja, 29 September 2023 – The Faculty of Languages ??and Arts, Ganesha Education University held a Pre-Primary Level Student Management Skills Training Activity (LKMM-TPD) which was lively and full of enthusiasm. This event was officially opened by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni of FBS Undiksha, Dr. Drs. I Nyoman Sila, M.Hum., who gave a warm welcome and emphasized the importance of developing management skills for students.

This activity was made even more special by the presence of four expert speakers who were experienced in their fields. Gede Satya Hermawan, S.S., M.Sc., discussed thinking errors, providing in-depth insight into how to identify and overcome thinking errors that commonly occur among students.

Meanwhile, Dr. Ni Putu Era Marsakawati, S.Pd., M.Pd., focused her material on self-introduction and active listening. Era invites students to get to know themselves better, and to be grateful for what they have.

Dr. Kadek Wirahyuni, S.Pd., M.Pd., guided participants in speaking effectively, and building efficient and effective communication skills. Other materials such as
He also conveyed the basics of digital literacy, and how to teach participants about how important it is to understand digital literacy in this modern era.

Not to forget, Putu Widiarini, S.Pd., M.Pd., M.Sc., provided an in-depth understanding of the basic concept of AKU (Ambition, Reality, and Effort), which is an important foundation for balanced and successful self-development.

This intensive activity lasted for two days, starting from 28 to 29 September 2023, in the Nitisastra FBS Undiksha room. The participants, the majority of whom were new students from the Faculty of Languages ??and Arts, were actively involved in discussions and various interactive activities specifically designed to deepen their understanding of self-management and skill development.

The hope is that through this LKMM-TPD, Ganesha Education University students can bring home new knowledge, valuable experience, and skills that will help them in pursuing their academic and professional journey forward. (FBS)
