SUPPORTING THE INDEPENDENT LEARNING-INDEPENDENT CAMPUS POLICY, FBS INCREASES THE FBS TEACHING PROGRAM

March 5, 2024Singaraja, FBS – The Undiksha Faculty of Languages ??and Arts held Student Friendship (Kemas) activities, which started on Thursday morning (18/08/2022). This activity, which was attended by FBS Deanship Leaders, was carried out offline while still respecting health protocols. A total of 364 new students come from the seven study programs at FBS, namely the Visual Communication Design Study Program (D3), the Balinese Language Education Study Program (S1), the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program (S1), the English Language Education Study Program (S1), the Language Education Study Program Japanese (S1), Fine Arts Education Study Program (S1), and English Language Study Program for Business and Professional Communication (D4) took part in this activity.
This Student Friendship, guided by the FBS Student Executive Board (BEM), was held for 2 (two) days. Pre-Student Familiarity (Pra-Kemas) was held previously, namely on Friday (12/08/2022), where the Pre-Kemas activities were filled with introductions to Dean Heads, Department Heads, and Department Secretaries, as well as Study Program Coordinators in the area. Packaging activities on the first day included a public lecture from the Dean and the Deputy Deans of FBS, which was followed by an academic seminar. Packing activities on the first day, which were filled with academic events until late this afternoon, were held in the basement of FBS.
Next, on the second day, the Kemas activity is on Friday (19/08/2022), starting in the morning. This activity was filled with cleaning the FBS area, planting trees, and ending with a Flashmob event. In closing the Student Friendship activities which were closed by the Deputy Dean III of FBS, Dr. Drs. I Nyoman Sila, M. Hum. It is hoped that this activity can foster harmony between students and other FBS extended families. (FBS)
