Singaraja, FBS – Independent Learning – Independent Campus (MBKM) is a learning program that accommodates the fulfillment of students’ learning rights in higher education. The essence of this policy is to provide the right to obtain the best experience for a maximum of 3 semesters (20-40 credits) obtained outside the study program at the same university and outside the study program at different universities and outside the university. In response to this policy, the Faculty of Languages ??and Arts provides acceleration space that supports the acceleration of this policy. One of them is by implementing the FBS Mengajar program. To accelerate this program, the FBS MBKM Team carried out online outreach, involving School Principals and prospective teachers from 24 schools throughout Bali, as well as 59 FBS Undiksha students, on Friday (22/08/2022).

In the direction of the Dean of FBS, I Made Sutama expressed his gratitude for the positive realization of the FBS Mengajar program. Of course, this program is also expected to run well with support from schools and staff where the FBS Mengajar program is implemented. Sutama emphasized that the characteristic of this program is that students can find topics or raise problems at the school where they teach so that later they can be used as topics in their thesis.

This socialization was filled with the delivery of material and technical matters regarding the implementation of the FBS Teaching program by the PIC of FBS Teaching, Ni Putu Astiti Pratiwi, S.Pd., M.Pd. In the discussion session, the chairman of the FBS MBKM Cluster, Dr. I Putu Mas Dewantara, S.Pd., M.Pd. also explained the process and implementation of this program so that it can run well.

As a form of Independent MBKM, FBS Mengajar is a pilot program of MBKM FBS, where this program allows students to carry out teaching assistance in educational units and also carry out research at the same time. This program is carried out for one semester (18 weeks) which is equivalent to 20 credits. Hopefully, the FBS Mengajar program can run successfully and smoothly. (FBS)
