FBS UNDIKSHA CONTRACTS FBSB STATE UNIVERSITY OF YOGYAKARTA TO CONDUCT BENCHMARKING AND EXPANSION OF AREAS OF COOPERATION

Education personnel have an important role in the continuity of education administration. Educational administration, especially in higher education institutions, is one of the main things that must always be paid attention to and improved considering the need for data requested for accreditation and clustering purposes. To support this, all Education Staff together with the Leadership of the FBS Undiksha Deanery explored the Faculty of Language, Arts, and Culture (FBSB) Yogyakarta State University (UNY) to carry out benchmarking, on March 27, 2023.

This activity is an annual program to increase the competency of educational staff within the FBS Undiksha environment. In 2023, increasing competence will be carried out by carrying out benchmarking at FBSB YSU. UNY was chosen as the destination Benchmarking there is no reason, why FBSB UNY is ranked 1st in the clustering at the University level, besides that UNY is also ranked 1st in achieving a KPI of 3,4 and 8 nationally. This university, which has the status of a Legal Entity State University, has a lot of special tips for achieving the intended achievements. One of the efforts he made was to create a “robot” to optimize the achievement of IKU 3,4 and 5. This can be an example for all universities, especially FBS Undiksha, to achieve the same thing.

This activity was warmly welcomed by the Dean and Deputy Deans of FBSB, the UUIK team, Coordinators, Secretaries, and Educational Staff within FBSB UNY. Besides doing activities The Dean of FBS Undiksha, who was also accompanied by the Dean of FBSB-UNY, entered into an Educational Cooperation Agreement (MoA) between Faculties. It is hoped that activities like this can produce reliable administrative staff so that they can indirectly collectively improve the quality and quality of education. The activity ran smoothly and ended with a friendly atmosphere.
