Singaraja, FBS – With the end of the Assistant’s internship period Lab Virtual Laboratory and Digital Learning (VLDL) for the period June – August 2022, which was initiated by the Head of the FBS Laboratory, Undiksha, Made Hery Santosa, Ph.D. officially released by the Dean of the Undiksha Faculty of Languages ??and Arts, Prof. Dr. I Made Sutama, M.Pd. accompanied by Deputy Dean I and Deputy Dean II FBS, on Tuesday (30/08/2022).

The release event, which was held in the Gayotra FBS room, was also attended by the Head of the FBS Laboratory and his team, laboratory staff, and students who were VLDL assistants.

In his report, Made Hery conveyed the progress of activities and the results that had been achieved during the internship which lasted for 3 months. Apart from producing VLDL pages which are incorporated into the faculty website, VLDL is also able to release international journals called The International Journal of Digital Learning on Languages and Arts (IJODLLA). In his presentation, he also expressed his thanks to the 15 (fifteen) assistants who had carried out their duties which were divided into 5 (five) units, namely(1) Research Assistants, (2) Innovation Resources Assistants, (3) Educational Resources Assistants, (4) Podcast Creator, dan (5) Newsletter Creator) very well, so that this program can run smoothly and produce impressive output.

“For me, this is a revolution,” said I Made Sutama in his speech when sending off the assistants. For him, VLDL can provide breakthroughs and demonstrate good performance for the reputation of the faculty and institution. Moreover, with the Aqas international accreditation which will be implemented this year, it will certainly be a good point in the assessment process later. The Dean from Ubud did not forget to express his thanks and encouragement to all parties who have supported VLDL, especially the FBS laboratory team and assistants so that this program can be implemented well and can show encouraging results. It is also hoped that this program can run again in the future.

Impressions and messages were also conveyed by 2 (two) assistant representatives, Luh Putu Shanti Yuliastiti and Gede Krisna Widiantara, who stated that they were very proud and happy to have the opportunity to study and work for 3 months in this internship program.

At the end of the event, the Dean of FBS handed over internship certificates to the assistants and continued with a group photo session. Hopefully, the program can continue and help the best institutions in the future. (FBS)
