Singaraja, 11 October 2023 – The 2023 Literature Festival (FESTRA) under the auspices of the Indonesian and Regional Language and Literature Department (JBSID) of Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) was successfully held, wowing word lovers with a poetry creation and reading competition attended by 40 participants from various SMA/SMK throughout Bali.
It is a poetry competition event, and FESTRA 2023 presents several entrepreneurial stalls presented by students from the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program and the Balinese Language Education Study Program. This program aims to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and encourage student creativity. One of the attractions of FESTRA 2023 is the literature alley which displays student works such as Prasi and reading books.
FESTRA 2023 has proven itself to be a prestigious event for high school/vocational school students throughout Bali to express their creativity and hone their literary talents through creative competitions and poetry readings. It is hoped that this festival will continue to be a forum for the younger generation to explore literature, create beautiful works, and enrich Indonesian culture.
