A working meeting or working meeting is one of the routine activities carried out by the Faculty of Languages ??and Arts every year. This working meeting is aimed at allocating and planning activities that will be carried out in 2024. This activity was held at the Sunari Lovina Buleleng Hotel on February 9, 2023. Two (2) resource persons were also invited to this activity, namely Prof. Dr. Sri Harti Widyastuti, M.Hum., as Dean of the Faculty of Languages, Arts, and Culture from Yogyakarta State University and Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd. as Deputy Chancellor for Planning, Budget, Finance and Human Resources at Ganesha Education University.

In his presentation, Prof. Dr. Sri Harti Widyastuti, M.Hum., conveyed the good practices that had been carried out at her agency in obtaining the 1st IKU ranking nationally. Likewise what was conveyed by Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan who conveyed the direction and targets that must be carried out to find Undiksha’s goal as IRUEL. Previously Prof. Dr. I Made Sutama, M.Pd., as Dean of the Undiksha Faculty of Languages ??and Arts has explained several priority programs to be achieved in the next few years. There are 5 (five) priority programs presented, including; (1) Strengthening human resources, (2) Strengthening facilities and infrastructure, (3) Improvement student body, (4) Curriculum strengthening, and (5) Character education.

Sutama also said that to increase the KPI, everyone must move together, improving existing competencies, both in terms of quantity and quality. Effectiveness is also important to carry out the effectiveness and accuracy of the use of the existing budget, considering that the budget amount is not that much but with proper effectiveness, it is believed that it can produce output and outcome the maximum. This activity was attended by all leaders and heads of units in the Faculty of Languages ??and Arts, assisted by educational staff, and intermediate and young expert functional officials. It is hoped that the Faculty of Languages ??and Arts can increase the achievement of IKU and indirectly increase the Faculty’s clustering ranking in the future. (FBS)
