GILANG-GEMILANG AT THE 2022 PILMAPRES EVENT

Pilmapres (Selection of Outstanding Students) is a student competition organized by the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research, Technology and Higher Education. The aim is to give appreciation to the best students who are ready to become agents of change to build a better Indonesia. The participants were undergraduate and diploma program students.

This year, the Faculty of Languages ??and Arts (FBS) sent representatives to the Pilmapres event after selecting candidates for each study program and department. In the Diploma program, Gilang Aditya Oka Pratama (D3 English Language Study Program, Foreign Language Department) was selected to represent FBS.

Gilang passed the top 3 stages and then had to take part in the stage II assessment. With an English interview test (19/4/2022) and a Creative Ideas presentation (21/4/2022). Gilang finally excelled in English, and the creative ideas outlined in his scientific writing achieved the highest score. As a result, this handsome guy advanced to regional and national levels.
