Human Resources (HR) as lecturers are a fairly important source of input in education. Lecturers have a central role in carrying out the learning process. The importance of this is that lecturers who are the driving wheels are obliged to improve the quality of their academic qualifications in producing quality education. The Faculty of Languages ??and Arts, Ganesha Education University (FBS Undiksha) encourages all lecturers to continue to improve their academic qualifications. And today, February 7, 2024, Made Dharma Susena Suyasa, S.S.., M.Hum. who is one of the lecturers in the Foreign Language Department, D-IV English Study Program for Business and Professional Communication (Bikspro) at FBS Undiksha, has successfully carried out the Doctoral Promotion of the Linguistics Study Program at the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Udayana University.
The title of Dharma Susena’s dissertation is “The Effectiveness of Task-Based Teaching Methods in Improving Translation Ability”. The event, which was held in the Soekarno Room, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Udayana University, ran smoothly and successfully.
Also present were the Dean and Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of FBS and the Study Program Coordinator within FBS to provide support and congratulations on the implementation of the doctoral promotion Made Dharma Susena Suyasa, S.S., M.Hum.
The addition of lecturers with Doctoral qualifications will indirectly increase IKU’s achievements and support FBS’s achievement as a center for Language, Arts, and Culture studies.
Hopefully, in the future, FBS Undiksha can add more lecturers with doctoral qualifications who are professional in their fields.
