FBS Undiksha conducted outreach at SMA TRIMURTI 01 Pakisaji Malang.

The absorption of graduates in the world of work is the achievement and goal of higher education. Graduates who have high competitiveness will be an indicator of the public’s attractiveness to become part of the university. Ganesha University of Education through the Faculty of Languages ??and Arts continues to improve quality both academically and non-academicly. In the era of society 5.0, an agency is required to move quickly, adapt to existing changes, and be able to adopt technological developments. One of the strategies implemented is to establish cooperative relationships between agencies. As one of the state universities with an educational background, FBS Undiksha collaborates with SMA TRI MURTI 01 Pakisaji, Malang to collaborate in improving the Tri Darma of Higher Education

This activity was carried out on November 3, 2022, with the opening of the Indonesian Language and Arts Faculty Forum held at Surabaya State University. The arrival of FBS Undiksha at SMA Trimurti 01 Pakisaji was welcomed very enthusiastically by all staff and students. The Principal of Tri Murti 01 Pakisaji High School, Kusmono, felt very happy to be visited by all the leaders at FBS Undiksha, because the principal, who is also an Undiksha graduate, felt nostalgic about being visited by the teacher who taught him when he was in college. Tri Murti 01 Pakisaji High School can be said to be unique, where within the school stands a temple, namely Pura Kahyangan Jagat Kendalisodo.

Not finished with the collaboration, the Dean from Ubud provided outreach to all students about the importance of continuing their studies at the university. “Don’t drop out at the high school level, let’s develop ourselves to continue our education at a higher level, namely at university,” he added. As an alternative, Undiksha is one of the state universities with very rapid development. This is proven by the student ranking achievements in Simkatmawa in 2021, Undiksha was ranked 13th nationally, and then in 2022, Undiksha was ranked 7th nationally. This proves that Undiksha has potential qualities that are very worthy of being an option for improving the quality of education. Besides that, Undiksha’s UKT rates can be said to be very cheap, and there are many scholarship programs that you can choose according to your criteria.

Furthermore, with the education and self-confidence they have, their opportunities to be able to compete in the world of work will be greater.
