Closing of AKM FBS Undiksha in 2023 Building a Spirit of Life in Harmony.

The Student Creativity Event (AKM) is an annual event held by the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Languages ??and Arts (FBS) at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha). This activity was held to commemorate FBS Undiksha’s birthday, and for the first time in 2023, the AKM closing performance was held outside the campus environment, namely on the open stage at Bung Karno Park, Sukasada, Buleleng (28/10/2023).

The closing of AKM was combined with various activities and artistic performances including awards for outstanding students, performances from each department, and a colossal drama performance entitled “Cakra Bara”. This is a projection in building life, spirit, and self-harmony towards the surrounding environment which is stated in the AKM theme this time “Janardana Sahityaning Kahuripan”.

In his speech, the Chancellor of Ganesha University of Education, represented by the Dean of FBS Undiksha, expressed his gratitude to all parties involved in this activity.
“AKM is a form of non-academic training for students, soft skills training, training a sense of responsibility, creativity, leadership to shape students’ good character,” stressed Nurjaya.

Dean Nurjaya also said that this year’s AKM was brave. This courage is an extraordinary external collaboration between the campus, government agencies, and related villages. In the future, FBS Undiksha will hold an assisted village program, which is one form of implementation of the Tri Darma of Higher Education in the field of community service. He believes that every village has its potential and attractions that must be improved for mutual progress.

the Head of the Buleleng Regency Culture Service, the Head of the Buleleng Regency Environmental Service, the Sukasada Subdistrict Head, the Sukasada Traditional Village Head, Sukasada Village Head, Beratan Village Head, all Deans in the Undiksha environment, Deputy Deans, Heads of Departments, Department Secretaries, Coordinators of Study Programs, Lecturers and Education Staff in the environment FBS Undiksha, student president, chairman of BEM in the Undiksha environment, Sons and Daughters of FBS Undiksha.

The 2023 Student Creativity Event ends with the hope that the message of environmental awareness will continue to be implemented in everyday life, as well as inspiring positive actions to maintain environmental sustainability for mutual harmony.
