Singaraja, <\/strong>FBS \u2013<\/em> The Fine Arts Education Study Program is again taking part in an exhibition event which this time is being held virtually by the Bali Provincial Government. This virtual exhibition, curated by Mr. Hardiman, and assisted by lecturers, alumni, and fine arts students, succeeded in creating the best work in the virtual exhibition entitled “Maya – Maya…”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Virtual Exhibition \u201cMaya \u2013 Maya\u2026.\u201d The work of outstanding alumni and students in the National and International forums of the Undiksha Fine Arts Education Study Program is a compilation of works that passed the selection for national or international fine arts exhibitions created during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Hardiman in his brief discussion said that these works are not bound by one curatorial theme, but works that respond to themes determined by online exhibition curators during the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The works displayed are the best works that have passed national and international exhibition selection. Therefore, we can find a diversity of themes, a diversity of issues, and a diversity of techniques and styles. There are works in conventional genres such as; graphic<\/em> woodcut, drawing on paper, oil on canvas<\/em>, and also works with new techniques and media such as digital art<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In terms of quality, these works are not only good because they have passed the selection, but are also interesting because of their diversity. In this virtual exhibition, these works are used as raw materials as objects. Through a video approach map, this work is presented as superimposed <\/em>on building walls, building floors, ground floors, and other media at the Faculty of Languages ??and Arts, Undiksha, and at the Denpasar Cultural Park. This work is subject to video conventions. “Even though it is semi, the aspect of wealth as virtual reality is being sought to have its language. What is said in this work is virtual language itself. “This means that the form says the content because the content here is a matter of the form itself,” said Hardiman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hopefully, this will be a motivation for artists, especially students of the Undiksha Fine Arts Education study program, to continue working and achieving even though they are hampered by the current pandemic situation. (fbs)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
