The performance of educational staff influences the satisfaction of lecturers, students, and the general public. Aware of the importance of human resource capacity and quality, reflection, and evaluation activities were carried out (Monday 4 April 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This activity was led directly by Deputy Dean II Drs. I Gede Nurjaya, M.Pd., and accompanied by TU FBS coordinator Nyoman Doddy Widhiastana, S.T., M.M., and 25 staff. Deputy Dean II emphasized that we should always review our respective duties and functions and not be easily complacent or complacent.
