Made Taro (the second person from the right) is a renowned Balinese storyteller or oral literary figure who has gained worldwide recognition. He travels the world sharing his expertise in storytelling in the Balinese language with Balinese literary content. To enhance the speaking skills of Balinese language educators, the Balinese Language Education program has also conducted workshops focusing on speaking skills, featuring storytelling expert Made Taro. In this context, educators need to improve their speaking abilities with storytelling techniques, which are highly specialized language skills. This is crucial because storytelling must maintain its respected position within the Balinese language.

As a result of the workshop, lecturers of The Balinese Study Program can improve their teaching strategies. One of them is the adaptation of Project-based learning into the Theather Course (attached is the course semester lesson plan).
