Education staff at the Faculty of Languages ??and Arts, Undiksha is a component that supports the success of tasks and activities of other components. The performance of educational staff influences the satisfaction of lecturers, students, and the general public. Aware of the importance of human resource capacity and quality, reflection, and evaluation activities were carried out (Monday 4 April 2022).
This activity was led directly by Deputy Dean II Drs. I Gede Nurjaya, M.Pd., and accompanied by TU FBS coordinator Nyoman Doddy Widhiastana, S.T., M.M., and 25 staff. Deputy Dean II emphasized that we should always review our respective duties and functions and not be easily complacent or complacent. Tendik is required to maintain commitment, have resilience at work, maintain communication, collaborate, and be adaptive.
Deputy Dean II on that occasion also asked staff to support AQAS International Accreditation at Ganesha University of Education.
