
Dr. I Wayan Gede Wisnu Explores the Challenges of Balinese Literacy at Makantisastra 2024 Seminar
February 17, 2025In effort to enhance the quality of teaching and education management, the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program (PBSI) of the FKIP Bengkulu University, conducted a reflective study visit to the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program (PBSI) of the Faculty of Language and Arts (FBS), Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha). Held on Thursday, October 28, 2024, the visit involved several lecturers from FKIP Bengkulu University who sought to gain deeper insights into curriculum management innovations, learning methods, research and community service in the field of Indonesian Language education.
The Coordinator of the PBSI Study Program at FBS Undiksha, Dr. Ni Made Rai Wisudariani, S.Pd., M.Pd., presented various innovative approaches implemented within the program, ranging from curriculum development based on contemporary needs to technology-based teaching methods that support student competencies. An intensive discussion was also held, providing opportunities to share experiences related to learning evaluation strategies and collaborative research management.
“We greatly appreciate the opportunity to engage with FBS Undiksha. This Reflective Study has provided us with valuable new insights that we can adapt, not only in teaching but also in research and curriculum development to make them more relevant,” said Dra. Yayah Chanafiah, M.Hum., a lecturer from FKIP Bengkulu University.
As a follow-up to this visit, both universities agreed to establish collaborative efforts in various fields, including lecturer exchanges, joint seminars and conferences, and the development of arts and culture programs. This collaboration is expected to strengthen the national education network and contribute positively to the enhancement of Indonesian language quality.
