Internship in Laos: Fine Arts Education Students from FBS Undiksha Explore Arts and Culture

Three Students from the Fine Arts Education Study Program at the Faculty of Language and Arts (FBS), Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha), are set to participate in an international internship program at Phoupha Champa Lao Tourism Sole Co., Ltd., located in Vang Vieng, Laos. The participants include Komang Wahyu Ady Sudana, a 7th- semester student, alongside alumni, I Made Astangga Wahyu, S.Pd., and Satya Pradnyana, S.Pd. This internship is scheduled to run for five months, from April 22 to September 22, 2024.

During this program, the participants will gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment, engaging in various practical activities at the host company. They will also have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the local culture by interacting with the Laotian community and learning about the country’s art, traditions, and unique cultural heritage.

This collaboration aims to provide international exposure for Undiksha students, broadening their cultural understanding and enhancing their professional competencies. It is hoped that this partnership will continue to grow, creating more opportunities for students to achieve international experiences that contribute to their academic and professional development.
