FBS Holds Work Meeting; Preparation of Activities and Budget for Fiscal Year 2020
March 21, 2024Singaraja, FBS – The Faculty of Languages ??and Arts carried out workshop activities in the West Bali area, precisely at Menjangan Temple, which lasted for 2 days (28-29/10/2020). Menjangan Temple was chosen as the venue for the workshop based on the rationale that Menjangan Temple is currently popular as one of the spiritual places in Bali so it is ideal or suitable for enlightening the Tri Hita Karana philosophy.
The workshop activity, which was attended by all 28 dean leaders and educational staff at FBS Undiksha, aimed to increase understanding of the Tri Hita Karana philosophy and improve the ability of Language and Arts Faculty employees to implement the Tri Hita Karana philosophy in supporting their performance. This workshop activity was also followed by prayer activities and joint cleaning in the Menjangan Temple area. A total of 7 rubbish bins were also donated to Menjangan Temple through the temple officials and pangempon.
This workshop invited the Chancellor of Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd. as a resource person. He explained the material clearly and with full enlightenment. “Who is arrogant, who doesn’t need other people, who can’t listen to other people’s input are three failures in life,” concluded the Chancellor.
It is hoped that this workshop activity can improve the quality of human resources for the Language and Arts Faculty education staff as well as deepen the understanding of the philosophy and implementation of Tri Hita Karana among Undiksha employees and FBS employees, especially those who are still low level.
