Singaraja, February 24, 2025 – Four students from the Japanese Language Education Program (PBJ), Faculty of Languages and Arts (FBS), Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha), have successfully passed the selection process for an internship at Nikko Alivila Hotel, Yomita Resort, Okinawa, Japan. This prestigious program is the result of a collaboration between FBS Undiksha and the Asian Culture and Technology Indonesia (ACTI) Training Institute, aimed at expanding students’ international exposure and professional experience.

The selection process consisted of two stages: administrative screening and interviews. Out of nine candidates who participated in the administrative selection on February 6, 2025, all successfully advanced to the interview stage. The final interviews, conducted online on February 19,  2025, at Jayaprana Room, FBS Undiksha, involved representatives from LPK ACTI and Nikko Alivila Hotel.

The four students who secured the internship positions are Jonathan Sebastian Wamaer, Kodek Hoshi Perdana Putra, Ni Luh Rima Warcani, and Ni Putu Ratih Ari Pertiwi. These students are now in the process of preparing their travel documents before embarking on their internship journey in Japan.

Coordinator of the PBJ Study Program, Dr. Kadek Eva Krishna Adnyani, S.S., M.Si., expressed her appreciation for this remarkable achievement. She emphasized that this internship program is not only a valuable opportunity for students to enhance their professional competencies but also serves as a strategic step in strengthening Undiksha’s international collaborations.
