FBS Undiksha and National Yunlin University Taiwan Establish Partnership
March 19, 2025Singaraja, February 13, 2025 – The Main Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) of Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) conducted a socialization and monitoring session of public information transparency at the Faculty of Languages and Arts (FBS). This initiative aimed to enhance the academic community’s understanding of transparency and ensure easy public access to information.
Held at Nitisastra Hall, FBS, the session featured Prof. Dr. I Ketut Sudiana, M.Kes., Head of PPID Undiksha, as the key speaker and evaluator, accompanied by the Head of the Planning and Cooperation Bureau and the Secretary of UPA TIK Undiksha. In his presentation, Prof. Sudiana emphasized that as a public institution, Undiksha must ensure that all information is accurate, accessible, and transparent.
“Transparency in higher education institutions is essential for institutional accountability. With a digital-based system, we hope that every unit at Undiksha can provide the necessary information to the public efficiently,” he stated.
During the monitoring session, the PPID team assessed the utilization and completeness of data uploaded to the official PPID Undiksha website, particularly regarding public services at FBS. The evaluation results across seven faculties at Undiksha placed FBS in first place, achieving the highest score in public information transparency.
The event received positive feedback from faculty members, students, and FBS leadership, who actively participated in the discussion. This socialization session is expected to serve as a stepping stone for strengthening Undiksha’s public information system, ensuring greater transparency and accessibility for the academic community and the wider public.
