Organizational Structure

CONSIDERATION AND SUPERVISION AGENCY

The FBS Senate is a body of consideration and supervision within the Faculty of Languages and Arts in charge of providing consideration and supervision to the Dean in academic implementation within the Faculty of Language and Arts.

HEADSHIP

The leadership consists of the Dean and three Deputy Deans. The Dean has the task of leading the implementation of education, research, community service, and FBS administration as well as fostering educational staff, students, and administrative staff. The Dean is responsible to the Chancellor and in carrying out daily activities the Dean is assisted by three Deputy Deans (WD), that is:
  1. Deputy Dean I assists the Dean in leading the implementation of activities in the fields of education, research, and community service, collaboration, information systems, and planning.
  2. Deputy Dean II is tasked with assisting the Dean in leading the implementation of activities in the fields of general administration, finance, personnel, and facilities and infrastructure.
  3. Deputy Dean III is tasked with assisting the Dean in leading the implementation of student and alumni activities.

ACADEMIC EXECUTIVE

Academic implementers consist of departments and functional groups of lecturers. This department is in charge of organizing education and teaching, research, and community service in accordance with the relevant fields of science in the department. Educator Functional Position Group (Lecturer) is a group of professional educators and scientists with the main task of transforming, developing, and disseminating science, technology, and art through education, research, and community service who are responsible to the Dean through the Head of the Department. The teaching staff is tasked with organizing education and teaching, research, and community service in accordance with their field of knowledge, as well as providing guidance to students in the learning process.

EDUCATION POWER

The education staff at FBS consists of 3 SUB divisions in charge of:

  1. General affairs and finance
  2. Academic Affairs
  3. Student Affairs and Alumni

ACADEMIC SUPPORT

FBS academic support consists of Language LAB, Studio, Exhibition Room, Microteaching Room, Library, and Stage Performance.
